MarketLens is an independent stock market analytics and educational platform. It is not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser or Research Analyst and does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All content is for informational and educational purposes only.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be capable of forming a binding contract to use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, scrape data at scale, or use it for unlawful purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MarketLens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any investment losses, arising from your use of the Platform.

7. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
